Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! To be fair to all clients and my time, please review the policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% charge may be applied. Future bookings may require a deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 to 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Deposits
A small non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services to secure your appointment.
Card on File
By booking, you agree to have a card on file in case of late cancellations or no-shows.
